Siri888 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Rules for Malaysia

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the online platform siri888 accessible via the siri888.biz website ("Platform"). By registering, logging in, or using any part of the Platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

In this document, "siri888" refers to the platform operator, including its staff, directors, and representatives. "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and uses the Platform. "Platform" encompasses the website, mobile app, and all services provided by siri888.

To register a siri888 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. siri888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an account while verification is carried out.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registrations by underage individuals are strictly void and the account balance will be frozen.
• You must be an individual (not a company, organisation, or other entity) with a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Each individual is only permitted one (1) siri888 account only. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, or device — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. siri888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your own negligence.

All financial transactions on siri888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support selected Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenience and security for our members.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawal methods must match or correspond to the deposit method used. siri888 reserves the right to request identity verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per day.
• Transactions using a payment method registered under another person's name are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being frozen.
• siri888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing times.

Siri888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions — from a RM888 welcome bonus for new members, weekly reload bonuses, monthly cashback, a VIP programme, to special promotions for Malaysian public holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Rollover ratios vary by bonus type — please refer to the respective promotion terms.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Claiming a new bonus will automatically cancel the currently active one if its active period has not yet expired.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted directly to cash, or used to fulfil the wagering requirements of another bonus.
• siri888 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through methods deemed fraudulent, exploitative, or in abuse of promotions.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members registering for the first time and making their first deposit. The time limit to claim the welcome bonus is 30 days from the registration date.

The siri888 platform offers a wide range of games, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports MPL Malaysia, cricket), Live Casino (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), lottery, and slots. Specific rules apply to each game category.

• All game results displayed on the siri888 platform are final based on system records and cannot be disputed after 7 days have elapsed.
• Sports bets that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours from the scheduled time will be refunded to the member's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• siri888 reserves the right to void any bets accepted due to technical errors or system disruptions. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
• For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and subject to video recordings retained for dispute resolution purposes.

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all siri888 members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these rules may result in the actions outlined below.

• Owning or managing multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses or evading restrictions
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you
• Systematically "bonus hunting" through repeated deposit and withdrawal cycles
• Sending threats, abusive language, or harassment to the support team or other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

You may close your siri888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (excluding any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Account closure at member's request: Net funds will be returned within 3–5 working days upon identity verification.
• Account closure due to Terms violation: siri888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity or breaches of these Terms.
• Temporary account suspension: May occur during investigation of suspicious activity. The investigation period is 14 working days.
• Self-Exclusion Programme: Members who wish to take a voluntary break from the platform may request self-exclusion for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently via the Responsible Gaming.

To the extent permitted by law, siri888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform. This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party technical errors, or events beyond siri888's reasonable control.

Siri888 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or errors. We are, however, committed to minimising downtime and resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Siri888 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the siri888 website. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through siri888's customer support channels must first be referred to out-of-court settlement.
